ROBERT ZORB OBITUARY

Robert Dale Zorb, born January 15, 1930, departed peacefully to his eternal home on June 22, 2022.  His illness was sudden and for the three weeks prior to his passing he had been in and out of the hospital, emergency room, and two different nursing homes. He was surrounded by family during his last days.

Bob was preceded by death by his parents Octive Myott Zorb and Julius Zorb, wife Eileen Zorb, siblings/in-laws Luvern Zorb, Norman and Shirley Zorb, Mamie and Loren Bumenshein, Alfred Robert Teal, and  daughter-in-law Susan Zorb.

Bob is survived by his siblings Dorris Teal and George Zorb, daughter Dayle Rodriquez, son Monty Zorb, grandchildren Jeremy Zorb, Amber Bozovich (husband George Bozovich), Hilary Coile Conley (husband Wes Conley), Aaron Coile (wife Jennifer Coile), and Deseree Gonzales (husband Matthew Gonzales). He is also survived by his 14 great grandchildren Jerin and Cameryn Zorb, Madisen and Carter Bozovich, Ashlyn Coile, Olive Conley, Hayden, Payton, Riley, and Gavin Gonzales, Dominic, Aariah, Aarabella, and Lorenzo Coile, and his great great granddaughter Emmalyn Coile-Lopez.

Robert and wife of 64 years, Elieen graduated from St. John High School in 1949 and were married September 3, 1950. At the time they eloped, they didn’t even own a car! Robert went to one year of college at Eastern Washington and quickly discovered  that he was not meant for higher education. Bob and Elieen moved to Stockton, California in 1973 to explore a new business venture. They opened Poly Cal Plastics, a large plastic storage tank business shortly after arriving in Stockton. After experiencing much success in the plastics business, they returned to Spokane/St. John area in 2002 so Bob could oversee his farming operations. They lived at Touchmark/Waterford most of those years. While there they were well cared for, Bob made many great friends. Bob was a great man of faith, and has always been known to be generous and supportive to so many. He always believed in sharing everything God had blessed him with on this earth. He was always full of wisdom, ideas, and innovations and accomplished many of them. Bob moved to Moscow July of 2021, where he could be closer to family.
